Description
Del Monte’s demand-driven supply chain has helped its customers achieve best-in-class store in-stock levels while simultaneously helping them free up working capital by materially reducing their total system inventories. Along the way, Del Monte also benefited from lower inventory levels. The results were achieved through collaboration with customer replenishment buyers, as well as through the implementation of demand-driven systems from One Network Enterprises that work at the execution level to receive store-level demand signals and dynamically optimize replenishment orders.
