What is a NEO Hyperbot™?
A NEO Hyperbot™ is an intelligent agent which automatically executes NEO smart prescriptions to solve problems and leverage opportunities for optimization in the supply chain.
The NEO Platform includes NEO intelligent agents. One form of NEO agent is the NEO Hyperbot, which executes NEO's smart prescriptions, enabling certain operations (within pre-configured KPI guard rails) in the supply chain to be carried out autonomously. Other smart prescriptions can be reviewed by a user through an interactive "workbench," and then modified or executed by the user.
